  • Ginger Ale
  • Sugar or jaggery (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon for garnishing (optional)

Instructions:

  • Boil or pressure cook the raw mangoes until they become soft and gooey. Take them out of the water and let them cool.
  • Once cooled, peel the skin and scrape out the pulp of the mangoes. Add a few mint leaves (save some for garnishing) and the spices mentioned above along with sugar or jaggery as per your taste and blend everything to make a fine paste. To Prepare Aam Panna Drink:
