It broke immediately after falling from my hand to a short distance and when i called for help I was told it is not guaranteed

It's great. It's very beautiful too that you would like it to be very safe to use and it is so. Very well covered with silicon that it keeps the glass containers grounded very well, won't slip while holding, picking or keeping it on a surface. Easy to open and close. Only it was bit difficult to close the hole to escape eccess heat or air. I am sure it will also resolve as I was doing it single handed holding my mobile on other.

The boxes were of very bad quality and the clips broke after one usage,on top of that there is nobreturn or replace policy

I'm writing this review after 7 months and i feel this was the best purchase i ever made for my lunch and snacks! The food packed in it is fresh even after hours and its much better as compared to any other plastic container. Very convenient and silicone protections makes it easy to carry even after heated in microwave.

quality is good but size is not enought to keep stuff , may be for curries it will work or dal /sabzi not for sandwiches /cheela or other roti type stuff

The lid does not close properly and the removable gasket liner keeps falling off...so you have to keep pressing it and close the lid fast else the lid is open and buckles don't close.
