The covers of the tiffin broke within 2 days of usage. The quality isn't good. The silicon covers too don't fit properly. Am very disappointed

I regret ever purchasing from Glassafe. Their product is utterly disappointing. it leaks profusely and fails to meet even the most basic quality standards. When I reached out to their customer support for a replacement, they didn’t even bother to consider it. Instead, I was bluntly told that a replacement “won’t be possible.” This kind of dismissive attitude toward customers is unacceptable. A company selling defective products and refusing to stand by them deserves no trust. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Glassafe at all costs.

I had ordered for three different boxes in three different colours, however, one colour was not available. Hence, they called me multiple times to inform me regarding the issue and I told them to send all three boxes in the same colour. In spite of that, when I received my order, one box was in one colour and the other two boxes were in a different colour. What was the point of wasting my time multiple times when you had to send the boxes of your own choice!!
