Happy to own these exquisite looking very useful glassware. Impressed with ease and convenience of storage of food at different temperature zones ie at room temperature, in the fridge and processing the food in microwave directly in the same container. I appreciate the sensitive and helpful customer care team.

I havent't received my order yet.I was delivered a torn box with one container in it .Which was immediately returned to the delivery person.He provided a cancellation OTP .When I raised the concern on whats after providing all the details I was sent a video where you have packed my order. I requested to speak to the delivery partner and resolve the matter. Unfortunattely they are still investigating and I have been asked to keep patience.It's been a month now but nothing is done.Such a rackless behaviour from your team was not expected. On top of that my inbox has been flooded with your mails to review your product.This shows that that is done from your end and your team is fooling me that investigation is going on.
