Too good product

Bottle is in good condition, but the cap color is chipped around the rim, and water was leaking. When I checked the cap, I discovered it was broken from the inside. This quality is acceptable for 1-2k price bottle.

These bottles are extremely fragile and the quality is very poor. Even a slight contact with a hard surface caused them to break. I purchased four bottles, and all of them broke within two weeks. It was a complete waste of money.

Moreover, although they claim to put customers first, that was not my experience. When I raised this issue, they initially said they would provide a replacement set of bottles. However, they later refused, stating that management did not approve it. Very disappointing experience, I will not be purchasing from them again.
